Parents, please confirm that there is space for your child via the registration page before you purchase your Badger Region Membership as stated below. If there is space, your registration will successfully go through to include your payment.
If there is not space for your child's age. Please email Coach Payton paytoncampbell@yahoo.com and ask her to add you to the the waiting list for your child's age. You will be alerted if more space opens up.
Within the registration page you will have options to register by age and for session 1, session 2, or both.
Cost per player will be $18.00 per week = 1 hour of instruction
Each session runs 7 weeks x $18.00 = $126.00 per 7 week session per player

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Thank you for your interest in Heat’s 3rd season of our Volley Seeds Program! Registration is now open for co-ed ages: 5-7 year old and 8-10 year old sessions.
If you are interested in your son or daughter participating in the program, please confirm that you agree to the below requirements prior to completing this registration.
Heat VBC will provide 1 Club Head Coach, Payton Campbell. The Head Coach will have met all requirements set by Badger Region/USA Volleyball to include: Badger Region Membership, completed background check, Impact and SafeSport certifications. Heat will also provide 1-2 volunteer helpers per practice as availability permits.
Qualified Player requirements and commitment:
- All registered players must have a current Badger Region/USA Volleyball Membership. Please go to the Volley Seeds page of our website for more information.
- Link to register for free Badger Region/USA Volleyball membership for players 8 and under.
- 23-24 Badger Junior 8 & Under Player Membership – FREE, allows for participation for those who are 8 years of age or younger during the entire membership season.
- If your player is older than 8 and doesn't plan on participating in any other programs throughout any other Volleyball Clubs past March within Northeaster Wisconsin, can purchase this reduced 4 month members. 23-24 Badger League Junior Player – $17.50, this is a four-month membership limited to 24 hours of total participation; a start date must be entered at the time of purchase. This membership is intended for athletes participating in “in-house” developmental programs offered by clubs and cannot be used for competition (ex: tournaments). This membership is NOT upgradeable. {Select “athlete” and “league” in the Sports Engine quizzard.}
- If your player is older than 8 and does plan on participating in summer camps, etc next year, I recommend this annual membership. It is $55.00 which will last through 8/31/2024. - When you sign your son or daughter up for our program, you are committing to this practice time/day of the week for 7 weeks as stated in the following registration page. All practice time options will be shared within this registration.
- Payment is $18.00 per week x 7 weeks for a total cost at registration of $126.00. Please have your master card or visa ready at time of registration to pay. Our website does charge 3.25% and a $1.50 convenience fee. Heat doesn't receive any of this money.
- If practice is cancelled by Coach, facility or due to weather for some reason, you will receive communication from Coach Payton and your $18.00 back for that day missed.
- There is no payment reimbursement if the player simply couldn’t attend practice or decides to quit the program. We have budgeted the program with having 16 players for each session.
- Your son/daughter must fit into the age requirement as stated at time of registration.

- Your son/daughter will receive a Volley seeds t-shirt by the end of their last practice.
